I've changed my mind

If you no longer want an item, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund, as long as:  

• The item is in new condition, with all parts and original packaging in resellable condition
• You haven't used the product
• You have proof of purchase

We cannot accept returns for items made or altered to your own specifications. 

If our returns procedure is not followed correctly we reserve the right to charge an administration or restocking fee as appropriate.

You must log the return request with us before any goods are returned.  We will issue you with a returns form and reference number, which must be returned with the goods.  Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed, refunds will be issued via your original method of payment.  Click here for full terms and conditions.
